Overview
Selama tiga hari, peserta akan mendapatkan pembekalan konsep, tools, dan template secara step-by step untuk menyusun sebuah sales plan. Selain mendapatkan pembekalan, peserta akan berlatih menggunakan tools dan template tersebut dalam diskusi kelompok kecil dengan dipandu oleh pengajar. Di akhir workshop, peserta diharapkan membawa pulang contoh sales plan yang mereka susun sendiri dan mampu menyusun sales plan untuk perusahaan masing-masing. Untuk peserta dari perusahaan yang sama (5 orang atau lebih) dapat langsung berlatih menyusun sales plan perusahaan mereka sendiri.
