This course is led by William Pickford and Aditiya Frannata. William has 15 years commercial experience in the Hospitality and events industries -working for some of the biggest global names including Hilton Hotels,the Thomas Cook Group and
Carlson-Wagonlits Travel. While Aditiya has 10 years experience in the Hospitality industry too. Aditiya also has got training for HACCP implementation and HALAL system for fast food restaurant. After leaving the Richeese Factory as floor manager, Aditya has
now joined the Royal London College Bali as our instructor/lecturer of Food and Beverage subject.
