Heart & Wings Immersion with Sydel Weinstein
Details
Is a heart-centered retreat where we playfully move between mindfulness practices that deepen our connection to body-mind, heart and spirit.
We explore the human condition and the nature of attachment, suffering, change and impermanence. We reflect on how we create meaning and how do we find strength and freedom.
This is a healing and gentle retreat where we go at our own paces in deep respect for our own journeys. All are welcome.
Outline
Our practices include going through the MAP of mindful attunement as taught by Sydel in her Mindful Aliveness program:
- Mindful laying: heart breathing, deep resting and restorative yoga.
- Mindful movement: yoga, dance ,walking.
- Mindful sitting practicing sound awareness and deepening into silence…
We reflect on and explore practices that deepen our integration of:
- unconditional acceptance
- unconditional friendliness
- unconditional love
- loving kindness.
In this retreat we have extended time to journal, expand and slow down, tasting the nectar of silence and breathing the fragrance of compassion. We deepen into connection to nature and each other as a community.
